A little artist statement and bio | Oliver is a self-taught artist in Canberra and guided by workshops by renowned artists who taught him painting and drawing. He works with watercolour, acrylic, oil and mixed media. His favourite medium is watercolour. While it’s challenging, it does create vibrant colour, atmospheric and evocative paintings. 

He won the David Hatton Prize for Watercolour of the Artist Society of Canberra, the Annual Art Prize in Watercolour of the Goulburn & District Art Society, the Watercolour Champion of the Royal Canberra Show and First Prize in Watercolour of the Queanbeyan Art Society competitions and exhibitions.
