A little artist statement | My name is Beth Tyerman and I live in rural NSW not far from Canberra. My theme is ‘Australia Rocks’ focusing on rock formations found at Kangaroo Island, Namadgi National Park and the NSW south coast. My artworks are in coloured pencil. I enjoyed trying different textured papers to capture the feeling of the scene with rough textures used for Namadgi’s Rendezvous Creek and smoother papers for the others.
