A little bit more about Sharon | Over the years, there have been many gorgeous, specially shaped hot air balloons in the annual Canberra Balloon Spectacular. In my three miniatures, I have chosen to showcase Skywhale, Axel the Tiger, Simba the Lion and Owlbert Eyenstein flying with other balloons over Lake Burley Griffin. My special interest in balloons first arose when I heard a loud whooosh just outside my new Kingston apartment window and was startled by one soaring upwards with a flaming burst!
