A little artist statement and bio | I am always inspired by still life subject matter, in the works presented for this exhibition I was taken by the glow of the orange cut glass jar given to me by my mother-in-law. I wanted to capture the light fragmentation of the jar alongside citrus fruits and roses. The orange glow reminiscent of a time gone by, a retro vibe.
