Materials | textile design, printed on cotton / linen. Cushion covers are 100% Australian made - designed and hand-sewn locally in Canberra and printed in Melbourne. Fabric composition and care instructions can be found in the cover, nearest the zipper closure. Cushion inserts are made from premium materials - 100% cotton japer casings filled with Australian ethically sourced duck feathers.

This body work was inspired by a recent tour of Central Australia, with a particular focus on the dramatic colours and light experienced in this unique environment. I was captivated by the graphic lines defining the landscape as strong shadows are cast and the red earth and rock is illuminated, particularly during sunrise and sunset.
