Gallery Closed during Winter | Anne on study sabbatical
The gallery will be closed for in-person visitation for the next 3 months while I take a sabbatical. I’ve been looking after many artists now for 8 and 1/2 years and watching their practice grow. I’m keen to get back into studying, researching and producing new bodies of works to exhibit in other galleries/spaces.
The online shop will still be open 24/7 and for locals please click and collect when you check out. I’ll contact regarding collection. For those interstate/overseas* please choose Australia Post for your purchases to be posted to you. *I’ll email you a custom shipping quote to ship to your country.
There may be a pop-up where I’ll open the shop for anyone that needs an in-person fix.
Thank you for your understanding as I embark on a much needed creative endeavour.
Anne xx
PS I’m also going to Kyoto Japan from 17-28 May and you can follow my travels on Instagram or Facebook www.instagram.com/ampmceramics or www.facebook.com/ampmceramics.
Amanda Westley solo exhibition | Shop online
Amanda’s exhibition will continue online while I’m on sabbatical. You can view the catalogue here and the exhibition page here. We only have a few works left and they would suit any
home or a corporate/commercial space.
Thank you to all our visitors in-person and online who saw Amanda’s artworks. It was lovely to hear quite a few people knew about her home town Victor Harbour in South Australia. It’s a beautiful part of the world and I certainly recommend your next road trip to make this part of your itinerary.
Images | Top Left and Top Right | Rauukan (Meeting Place) holds a special meaning to Amanda. She tells us more, Raukkan is a real and powerful place once known as Point McLeay Mission, before being handed back to the Ngarrindjeri and rightfully renamed Raukkan. This painting captures the colours, shapes and feeling of Country as I experience it when I visit Raukkan … Layers of memory, connection, and gathering”.
Save the dates | Annual Group Show
We have a wonderful lineup of special artists invited to respond to a theme about birds. I don’t want to give away too much but let’s just say if you love paintings, ceramics, glass, jewellery, paper and print media, this show is one to diarise now. So save the dates:
26 September to 18 October 2026
as this will be our 2nd last show for 2026.
More details on “Homage to the bird” will be forthcoming closer to the time.
