February 2022
GOST & Grace | We won an award!

First show for 2022

At GOST, we are thrilled to host our first show for 2022. It also happens to be Grace Brown’s first solo in Canberra. She's had many solo exhibitions in Australia and we are pleased to introduce her her and her ceramic artworks to Canberra audiences.

Grace was awarded a GOST solo exhibition as part of her prize with the Little Things Art Prize held in Sydney when she won the 2019 Ceramics section.

The show will open to the public Friday 18 February at 11am and an online catalogue will be available on the exhibitions page of the website (remember to hit refresh at 11am).

The show will close 4pm, Sunday 6 March.

Canberra Region Tourism Awards

GOST is thrilled to have been awarded a Commendation in the 2021 Canberra Region Tourism Awards (CRTA). While the gala night was meant to be in person at Parliament House, Omicron knocked that one on its head! Instead, we went online, in our living room and watched the presentation. A big thank you to Qantas, the CRTA Judges, Debra Beetham from National Capital Attractions Association, Todd Wright and his team from Threesides Marketing, The Lazy Grazer and Lake George Winery for the platter / champagne. A big congrats to all the finalists, winners and commended!

CRTA says, "Be encouraged, promoted and rewarded for your tourism excellence. Be showcased locally and nationally as the best of our region’s tourism operators".
