A little bit more: My abstract vessels are made using stiffened, textured clay slabs. Working intuitively, I build up a sense of history by layering and texturing on the surfaces. These vessels reference both built and natural environments and investigate themes of loss, longing and nostalgia.

Offering space for contemplation, my works explore interiors, whether physical or metaphorical. They ask to be looked into, and for the viewer to look within themselves.
