Gallery of Small Things (GOST) is hosting its last show for 2026 with new artworks from selected artists who have responded to a Very Merry Christmas.

Anne Masters, Director of GOST says:

It’s my favourite time of year and this time I’ve invited new artists from interstate, alongside a few new and familiar artists from Canberra.

Anne was keen to introduce artists she has met during the 9 years the gallery has been operating.

I met Simon via Madi from the Corner Store Gallery when judging a prize; Fiona and Ginny through one to one workshops; Gwen through Craft + Design Canberra; Lisa from many art events in Canberra; Cleo who visited GOST and Tamsin who I’ve been long following her tiny stock room . I felt I was in a position to offer a chance to be in a show and celebrate all things small and special.

The show is open physically to the public 11am, 31 October. It runs five days a week between 11am and 4pm. The show concludes continues 4pm, Sunday 20 December 2026. Anne also caters for those that need a quiet space, low light and sensory awareness. Please contact her to book a time outside of exhibition hours (ie. before 11am or after 4pm).

Keep an eye out for a button below where the catalogue will go live at 11am, Saturday 31 October.
